Carole Ann Sarson, a Certified Insurance Counselor, joined DFS Advisors, LLC in August 2011. Carole is a Securities Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial as well as a licensed life, health, property & casualty and disability insurance agent.
Carole first entered the insurance industry as a licensed property and casualty agent in 1986, and became a licensed securities registered representative in 1998. Over the years, she has developed a clientele consisting of individuals, families and small business owners. Carole works closely with each client to achieve intelligent and prudent financial decisions and develop a personalized financial plan. Her practice is to focus closely on the advantages of asset management and portfolio diversification*, enhanced through the use of fee-based asset management programs. Carole's knowledge and experience as applied to each client's unique situation play key roles in helping her clients to develop their financial goals and then to work towards the achievement of those goals in a more disciplined manner.
Carole's professional education includes business courses offered by the Northhampton Community College and Wilma Boyd Technical School as well as various courses of study offered through professional organizations and industry resources, and enhanced through over 20 years of hands-on experience. She is current in continuing professional education requirements of FINRA and the NJ Department of Insurance. Finally, she has maintained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation for over 20 years.
A longtime resident of Warren County, New Jersey, Carole is active in the community. She is much sought after as a guest speaker for community service groups including the Rotary, Kiwanis and various Women's groups. She is a member of the Washington Rotary club and active on various committees in other organizations throughout the county.
